Water treatment piloting is one of the services Delco provides to ensure selection of the optimal technology and process design parameters. These scaled-down systems provide a sneak peak of the performance and operation of our industry-leading technologies and processes while setting the unique, individual framework for the system. Our piloting process involves support from our engineering, automation, and field service groups. Delco’s collaborative team approach addresses all client objectives while managing project risk.
Delco’s piloting team provides unmatched flexibility and expertise to accommodate all water treatment scenarios – no matter where the water is. Piloting equipment can be installed either within the existing plant or can be set up in a containerized system that can be delivered and installed on-site for convenient deployment. Water treatment piloting allows for comprehensive training and remote support all operators. Each pilot system can be equipped with a live data logging equipment and remote communication. This allows the project team to analyze data transmitted by online instruments and provide regular updates to the client remotely.
Please
note bench-scale alternatives are available for each treatment technology. This
service is available on-site or at Delco Water’s testing facility. This option
is suitable for evaluating water quality only, but is a preferred option for
extremely remote sites where installing a pilot has cost restraints.
There are a multitude of benefits when you choose to pilot your water treatment system. Piloting inspires customer confidence in the proposed treatment strategy and promotes operator engagement. Pilot testing confirms projected performance and maintenance requirements so that the stakeholder team knows they are on the right track to find the most efficient solution. The process helps to identify required design changes that can be implemented before the full-scale plant is built.
Delco’s adaptability and decades of industry experience allow us to provide a high-quality piloting experience. Our years of project testing have prepared us to address and overcome any logistical, operational, or technological challenges that may arise. Show us where the water is, we will take care of the rest.
